Prime Global is delighted to welcome the return of Christine McCann in the newly created role of People Development Director. Christine began her medical communications career at Prime Global in 2001 and now has extensive industry experience. She is re-joining the Prime Global team brimming with energy and knowledge across many therapeutic areas.
Christine commented on her new position: “I strongly believe that a well-trained, highly performing workforce is a company’s most valuable asset. Prime Global are continuing to invest in their current and future employees – they really do put People First. It’s great to be back!’
Christine’s remit will include driving our Learning and Development Programme for all employees across the Group’s five worldwide office locations. Also, in 2018 Prime Global will launch its dedicated Graduate Development Programme for entry-level writers and client services employees, providing new recruits with a thorough grounding in all aspects of the art of science communications.
