What is EcoVadis?
EcoVadis is an external provider that carries out evidence-based assessments on companies, providing guidance on strengths and improvement areas relating to sustainability efforts and ESG performance. Covering a broad range of criteria, including environmental, human rights, ethics, sustainability and more, we can use our EcoVadis score to focus our sustainability efforts and develop action plans to improve our sustainability performance moving forward.
Why is EcoVadis important to us?
The EcoVadis assessment and scoring system allows us as a company to see what we’re doing well and how we could improve and communicate our sustainability efforts.
Our score allows us to compare our sustainability performance against industry benchmarks. As the importance of sustainability is becoming more and more visible, our partners are increasingly asking to see evidence of our ESG initiatives. EcoVadis allows us to share our sustainability performance with multiple partners through the EcoVadis platform.
We’d like to thank our Operations team, in particular Karen Turner, Chloe Domville, and Nicola Grainger, for all their hard work on bringing this project to fruition. We look forward to improving upon our EcoVadis score in the years to come.
